Under Section 38(1) of the Communications Regulatory Authority Act No.19 of 2012, BOCRA manages the .bw ccTLD as trustee for Botswana. BOCRA maintains the .bw namespace as a national resource — ensuring stable, secure, and non-discriminatory access for all Batswana.
